Casey Riske has raised her son without the help of her ex-husband. Damian Ballentine. but now her son needs a father and she goes to find him. Damian has turned to alcohol and lands himself in the hospital. where Casey finally tracks him down. Now in recovery and hoping to do the right thing. he returns home to help Casey and their son. Despite the years apart Casey and Damian have an undeniable attraction to each other. which soon leads them to fall back into each other's arms. but can they forget the past to love and trust each other again?
Insatiable Passion was intriguing and interesting and from the first page I was hooked on the characters and wanted to see where they and the story would go. Some of the scenes were very long. but there was excellent detail. Those storyline didn't drag but it occasionally felt as if you knew everything rather then letting you feel the suspense. Casey is a truly riveting character that has so much inner strength you can feel every mountain she climbs and you root for her to do it. You feel for Damian and want him to achieve his goal of sobriety and win his wife and son back. I love stories were the type of love that happens to the same people for the second time around and I loved how Damian and Casey worked together try and fall in love all over again. The sex in this book is hot. heavy and intense but because of all the past emotions. it can't be simple down and dirty sex. You can feel every emotion they go through. I love this book and would recommend it to everyone. It's a classic love story so anyone who loves a happy ending with tons of action will truly enjoy it.
