When I first picked up Kidnapped and Spanked By An Alien I thought I was in for a campy alien adventure. Nothing could be further from the truth. This book is an adventure of love, mystery, and fantastical sexuality that I could not put down. Nat and Raven's story flows superbly. Right from the start, I loved Nat's character. She's naturally skeptical at first—who wouldn't be with their kidnapper—but she gradually accepts Raven for who he is, while letting him know that out of their bedroom they will have an equal partnership. Raven is a natural dominant, using all his wiles to convince Nat to fall in love with him as they travel through various worlds, meeting rich characters that demand stories of their own. I had to take a few toy breaks during the story as Raven utilized Dreauxian sex toys with a very willing Natalia! During his mind blowing seduction, Raven relates the injustices on his home planet and through a course of events that surprised me, both work together to bring justice to his home world. I enjoyed visiting Dreaux and hope that the secondary characters Sari and Draken will be given their own stories in the future.

Natalia Ferguson has no trouble attracting men. They're just never the men that she wants. She dreams of a man who will dominate her in the bedroom, but yet allow her to be her own woman when they are not having sex. To her great surprise, she wakes one day to find herself chained to the bedposts of her bed with a handsome man looking down at her. Raven Steed has the manly strength that Natalia has always wanted...he is also an alien and, according to him, her soul mate! Natalia is sure that Raven is crazy and does her best to get away from him. Raven, however, has other plans.
Kidnapped and Spanked By An Alien was an amazing and beautiful book. Natalia is bi-racial and she discovers that Raven is half human and half Dreauxoid. She has always had some difficulty being bi-racial and Raven's situation makes her feel closer to him. He often punishes her because having watched her, he knows that she desires BDSM. There is light BDSM which makes this book inappropriate for readers who object to the lifestyle. Raven and Natalia have incredibly graphic and erotic sex-their experiences had me squirming in my chair! There are a number of secondary characters, both good and evil. I found that the secondary characters brought an extra level to Kidnapped and Spanked By An Alien. Natalia was a very determined woman and when she discovered that Raven needs her help with his family, she jumps right in. Raven was a wonderful character also who learned from Natalia just as she learned from him. The plot is flawless and I loved reading every scene in this book. I am eager to read more by Ms. Pierce!

Raven Steed, part Dreauxoid, part Earthling, has found his soul mate. After watching Natalia Ferguson from afar and waiting years for her to grow up, Raven finally makes his move. Ok, so it's not exactly legal with Raven kidnapping his true love, but all's fair in love and war, right?
So maybe Raven should have told Natalia that this was an act of love and not an act of a lunatic. As an actress with rich and famous parents, Nat is well aware of the dangers of being in the public eye. But combine kidnapping, space traveling, spanking—no wait, the spanking is fine—and attempted murder, well, it's enough to make a girl dizzy.
And I was made dizzy, but in a good way. Dizzy from the rightness of the matching of Raven and Natalia and the sexual combustion that ignites whenever they are together. Dizzy from the backstabbing and betrayal that Raven and Nat are faced with from his family. And dizzy from the speed in which I read this fast-paced, sexually-charged book. Please don't get me started on Raven's gorgeous friend, Draken. Kidnapped and Spanked by an Alien did bog down a little at the end, but it's still an enjoyable read. Pick up your own copy today.
